5.5 Deleting Your Account

If you no longer need eRegs and want to permanently remove your account, you can delete it from the Account page. This action is irreversible.

How to delete your account

  1. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account.
  2. Scroll all the way down to the Danger Zone section.
  3. Click Delete My Account.
  4. A confirmation dialog appears. Type DELETE (all caps) to confirm.
  5. Click the confirmation button.

What happens when you delete

  • Your subscription is canceled immediately.
  • If you are a Fleet Manager or Enterprise account, all drivers are archived.
  • All personal data — annotations, bookmarks, notes, account information — is permanently removed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you are unsure, consider canceling your subscription instead — this pauses your access but preserves all your data so you can return later. See Managing Your Billing and Payment Method.

Before you delete

If you are a Fleet Manager, make sure to download all acknowledgement receipts before deleting your account. Once deleted, receipts are no longer accessible. See Downloading Acknowledgement Receipts.
