3.7 Enterprise Accounts and Managing Seats

Last updated May 14, 2026
Applies to: Enterprise

Enterprise accounts are designed for larger organizations that need multiple manager seats, driver groups, group-level access control, and volume pricing.

What is different about Enterprise?

  • Multiple manager seats — add safety managers, terminal managers, or regional leads, each with their own login.
  • Driver groups — organize drivers by terminal, region, or division. See Creating and Managing Driver Groups.
  • Group-level access control — assign managers to specific groups so they only see the drivers they are responsible for.
  • Volume pricing — custom driver invite pricing based on fleet size.
  • Custom billing — invoiced billing, annual contracts, and other arrangements available.

Getting started with Enterprise

Enterprise plans require setup by the eRegs team. Contact support@eregs.app to get started. We will create your account, configure your manager seats and groups, and walk you through onboarding.

Managing manager seats

  1. Navigate to Fleet → Managers.
  2. Click Add Manager.
  3. Enter the manager's name and email address.
  4. Optionally, assign one or more groups to this manager.
  5. Click Send Invite. The manager receives an email with a link to set up their account.

How groups and managers work together

  • Ungrouped drivers are visible to every manager on the account.
  • Grouped drivers are visible only to managers who have been assigned that group.
  • The account owner (the person who opened the Enterprise account) always sees all drivers and all groups.

This model lets you delegate driver management to regional or terminal leads while keeping centralized oversight at the top.
