5.3 Changing Your Password

Changing your password (while signed in)

  1. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account.
  2. Scroll to the Password section and expand it.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password (at least 8 characters).
  5. Click Update Password.

You will remain signed in after the change takes effect.

Forgot your password?

If you cannot sign in because you forgot your password:

  1. Go to the login page at eregs.app/login.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email. The link in the email is valid for 1 hour.
  5. Click the link and choose a new password.

If you do not see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from support@updates.eregs.app. If it still does not arrive, contact support.
